Anini

Anini sits deep in Arunachal Pradesh's Dibang Valley, one of India's least-disturbed wilderness regions and gateway to the Dibang Wildlife Sanctuary. The surrounding alpine and temperate forests hold red panda, takin and, at higher elevations, even snow leopard, alongside outstanding high-altitude birding for pheasants, rosefinches and Himalayan raptors. The Idu Mishmi villages along the route add cultural depth to what is one of the most remote destinations Wild Walk offers.
