Bankura (Biharinath)

Bankura pairs natural and cultural heritage in equal measure. Biharinath Hill, the district's highest point, is covered in sal forest and offers pleasant birding walks and an easy trek to its summit, while riverside patches along the Baluka support waders and raptors.
